Instructions for completing fillable registration or ticket forms for events:
1. Select the .pdf form(s) you want and download/save to your computer.
2. Open the form(s) in Acrobat Reader (there is a link on this page to download this program if you don’t already have Reader), and type your information right in the form fields.
NOTE FOR MAC USERS: You must open the form in Adobe Reader for the calculated fields to function properly--"Preview" does not work properly.
3. Save your typed-in information and email your completed form(s) as an attachment to the email address noted on the form. If the form has a "submit" button, it will automatically be sent to the correct email address.
