The purpose of Central Catholic High School Alumni Relations is to foster a relationship between CCHS and its alumni, increase opportunities for lifelong engagement, and ensure that all alumni are welcomed and valued stakeholders in the CCHS community.

Strategic priorities include …

  1. Represent the CCHS vision of charity, courage, honesty, and sanctity.

  2. Recruit alumni to actively promote and participate in CCHS events and activities.

  3. Represent alumni interest within the CCHS community.

  4. Encourage the continuation of CCHS tradition and pride.

  5. Engage the entire CCHS community in the development of alumni relations.

CCHS Class Reunions

The Office of Institutional Advancement can help with your reunion plans.  Please contact Jim Olsen at jolsen@centralcatholic.org or call (419) 266-4422 for reunion planning, including:

  • Mailing lists

  • Design of save-the-date postcards & invitations

  • Website posting

  • Invitation mailing

  • Tour of the school*

  • Mass

  • Providing yearbooks and school newspapers

  • Tailgating sites at football games

  • Assistance with class gifts and scholarships

*Please Note: Individual or group tours of the school can be scheduled through Jim Olsen at any time, even if you’re not attending a class reunion.

  • Mail in the form with a check for the transcript fee of $5.50 or you can call the school finance office to pay over the phone.

Duplicate Diploma Request Form

  • Download the Duplicate Diploma Request Form

  • Complete the form in its entirety

  • Form can be emailed directly to creyes@centralcatholic.org

  • Mail form, with check for the pre-paid fee of $35 to the school, Attn: Mrs. Reyes, or call the school finance office to make a payment over the phone. Payment confirmation and graduation verified before the order is placed.

  • You will be notified when the diploma is available for pick up
