Safety & Security Officer

Central Catholic High School in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a Safety and Security Officer, on either a full time or part time basis. This individual must be visible on campus and maintain open and effective lines of communication with students, parents, faculty and staff, and visitors while serving as a positive role model.

The responsibilities of this position include monitoring access around and within the building, supervising school grounds or designated areas as instructed, participating in drills and emergency events, and initiating safety and security records. This individual should also have the ability to work independently and use sound judgement in the event conflict resolution is necessary.

The ideal candidate will be available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends, including special events. All candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Individuals with prior direct experience as a security worker are preferred. Candidates must also have the willingness to support the mission and vision of Central Catholic High School.
