Get to Know CCHS Teacher - Karri Adler, ‘85

What subjects and grade levels do you teach?
I teach Honors Algebra 2 (sophomores and juniors), Honors Pre-Calculus (juniors and seniors) and College Prep Math Ideas and Statistics (seniors).


How long have you been teaching at Central Catholic? 
This is my fourth year at CCHS.


What is your educational background? 
I graduated from The University of Toledo with a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in finance. I have my teaching license in mathematics for grades 9-12.


What inspired you to become a teacher?
I can pinpoint teachers in grades 3, 5, and 7, as well as high school, that had an impact on me becoming a teacher.  I was inspired to be a part of the CCHS faculty because it felt very “full circle” to return to my alma mater as a teacher.


What do you like most about teaching at Central Catholic?
I absolutely love the spirit that is palpable in the family of Central Catholic!!!  I also enjoy the variety of personalities, interests, and backgrounds of the faculty, staff, and students of CCHS.
