Time Change Announced for Friday’s Home Football Playoff Game

Friday’s home football playoff game against North Olmsted has a new kickoff time. On Monday, the OHSAA announced that the post-season contest between the Fighting Irish and Eagles has be moved to 7:30 pm in Gallagher Stadium.

CCHS will be the No. 4 seed in Region 6, while North Olmsted (6-4) will be the No. 13 seed.

Central Catholic (8-2, 7-0 TRAC) will be making its 18th-straight playoff appearance under Head Coach Greg Dempsey and 23rd overall in school history. CCHS has a 37-16 post-season record under Dempsey with three state championships (2005, ‘12, ‘14) and a state runner-up finish (2015).
