Why did you choose to attend Central Catholic and what’s the best thing about being here?
I chose to attend Central Catholic to play basketball and because a lot of my friends were going here. I am so happy that I did because along with basketball, I have met so many new people, have been challenged academically, and have truly felt the Irish family atmosphere. The best thing about being at Central Catholic is seeing everyone truly want to be involved with something here - clubs, sports, performing arts, etc. I love seeing people come into who they truly are and who they want to be, while everyone is constantly here for you for anything you need.
What are your plans after high school?
I plan to go to The University of Toledo, but I am still deciding what I want to major in. Right now, I am deciding between majoring in pharmacy or biomedical engineering.
Irish Extra:
“Jen is a very important piece of the Lady Irish basketball puzzle! She is exceptionally smart, a team leader, and is very passionate about the program. She has sacrificed her body, returning to the team after countless hours of rehabbing a serious injury (a 6-8 month process), all so she could finish out her senior season in the sport she loves! Jen is an amazing young lady and a gift to Central Catholic and to the basketball program!”
