Hands-On Science!

Central Catholic’s science students are busy with hands-on activities!  Anatomy students have been dissecting sheep eyes as part of their special senses unit.  Students from Advanced Topics in Biology went to various parts of the building to collect samples in petri dishes for their microbiology unit.  They plan to isolate individual colonies that grow, and then test the antibacterial effectiveness of soaps, sanitizers, etc.
