Boys’ Golf Hosts 23rd-Annual Irish Invitational at Stone Ridge Golf Club
The Central Catholic boys’ golf team commenced its 2024 campaign at the Irish Invitational on Thursday at the Stone Ridge Golf Club in Bowling Green. The Fighting Irish finished 14th overall with a team score of 349.
Individually, sophomore Sebastian MacDonald led the way with a round of 77, good for a 19th-place tie.
St. Francis de Sales captured the tourney title with a team score of 287, with SFDS’s Nick Miller claiming medalist honors after shooting 68.
Central Catholic is back in action at the Knight Invitational today at Maumee Bay State Park Golf Course.
