Ian Griffin Selected Student of the Month for September

Senior Ian Griffin is a member of the National Honor Society and the Insignis Society, Student Council, the boys’ soccer team, and the Esports club.  He has been on the crew team, and he participates in Youth Leadership Toledo.  Outside of school, he is an Eagle Scout, and he plays CYO basketball and indoor soccer.

“I chose to attend Central Catholic because of my experience when I shadowed,” Ian said.  “I felt very welcomed at CCHS, and it seemed like a good fit for me.  The best thing about being here is the people - the students and teachers.”

According to CCHS Principal, Morgan Delp, who nominated Ian as Student of the Month, “Ian has one of the top ACT scores in the senior class.  He is serious about his academics, and he contributes to class discussions.”

After high school, Ian plans to attend college, and he is interested in studying engineering.
