Quartet of Fighting Irish Tennis Players Garner Postseason All-TRAC Recognition
A quartet of Central Catholic girls’ tennis players have been recognized for their efforts on the court with Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC) postseason accolades. Seniors Bella Spinazze and Lucia Spinazze were named first-team all-league, while senior Jen Pryer and junior Jane Cowell earned honorable mention laurels.
Two weeks ago, the Fighting Irish finished fourth at the TRAC Championship. Bella Spinazze spearheaded their tourney efforts with a first-place finish at No. 2 singles.
CCHS played its best tennis down the stretch, winning five of its last six dual matches.
