Central Catholic’s 32nd-Annual Scholarship Fundraiser Scheduled for March 23

Central Catholic’s 32nd-annual scholarship fundraiser, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, will take place Saturday, March 23 at the Pinnacle in Maumee.  Cocktails and registration begin at 5:30 p.m.  The cost per ticket is $100.   The evening includes online auction items, casino games, raffles, a “race to Tiffany's” with celebrity taxi cab drivers, food, fun, and fundraising, all to benefit the Central Catholic scholarship fund.

Please visit CentralCatholic.org/scholarshipgala to register for the event.  Seating is limited, and event registration will close March 8 at 3 p.m.  Your ticket purchase serves as your RSVP to the in-person event and gives you access to our online auction, which runs from March 9 through March 23 at 10 p.m.

Raffle tickets are on sale now for a 7-day / 6-night stay for two at the beautiful Makai Club Resort in Kauai, Hawaii.  The trip includes accommodations and airfare paid through a Delta Airlines voucher.  The package is valued at over $5,000, and the winner has 12 months to take the trip!  Visit CentralCatholic.org/scholarshipgala to purchase your raffle tickets.  Proceeds from the raffle also benefit the Central Catholic scholarship fund.

The presenting sponsor for this year’s event is Rich and Connie Cronin, while the honorary chairs are John (Class of ’84) and Ann Bishop and the Bishop family.  Sponsorship opportunities are available.  Call (419) 255-2280 for more information.

“This event is our most important fundraiser of the year,” said Eric Stockard, Central Catholic’s Vice President for Institutional Advancement.  “Every dollar we bring in directly benefits student scholarships, which means that the more money we raise, the more students we can impact.  Central Catholic has been educating the next generation of leaders for over 100 years, and we want to be able to continue that momentum for years to come.”

Anyone who is unable to attend the event in person can still participate in this fundraiser in several ways!

  • Bid on online auction items.

  • Purchase raffle tickets for the trip to Hawaii.

  • Donate online directly to the student scholarship fund.
