Fighting Irish Duo Collect All-Northwest District Accolades

Central Catholic girls’ basketball players Nina Stevens and Serinity Bolden have collected Division III All-Northwest District recognition, as selected by a panel of media members for the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Media Association.

Stevens was named 2nd-team All-Northwest District, while Bolden was tabbed honorable mention all-district.

A junior, Stevens contributed a team-high 11.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and a squad-best 2.3 steals per game.

A junior captain, Bolden registered 9.4 points, a team-high 5.9 caroms, and a squad-best 2.1 thefts per contest.

Stevens and Bolden recently helped CCHS advance to the District Finals for the 2nd-straight year.
