Irish Dance Team Captures State Titles in Small Jazz & Large Hip-Hop

Two state championships are coming back to Cherry Street!!! The Irish Dance Team (IDT) captured state titles in Small Jazz and Large Hip-Hop at the 2022 OASSA State Cheer & Dance Championships on Saturday at Lakeview Junior High School.

IDT’s state title in Small Jazz is its first in program history, while the Fighting Irish secured their fourth state crown in five years in Hip-Hop. They captured three-straight state championships in Hip-Hop in 2018, 2019 and 2020 (Large).
