Jaxon Sanchez Selected Honorable Mention All-Ohio

Central Catholic baseball player Jaxon Sanchez has been named Division II honorable mention All-Ohio, according to the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association (OHSBCA).

A junior infielder, Sanchez hit a TRAC-best .460 (29-for-63) with 29 runs scored, 2 home runs, and 12 RBI this past spring.

A 2-time all-conference honoree, Sanchez becomes the 3rd player in program history to receive all-state recognition in the last 5 years. Wilson Stopera was named 2nd-team All-Ohio following the 2021 campaign, while Jase Bowen was tabbed 1st-team all-state in 2019.
