Swimming & Diving Makes Splash at Sectional Meet
The Central Catholic swimming & diving team competed in the Division II Sectional Meet on Saturday at Ayersville High School. The Fighting Irish recorded personal best times in 4 events at the 1-day meet.
- 200 Medley Relay: Junior Addison Brinkman, junior Jordan Traver, junior Addison Winkler, sophomore Katie Dittman
- 100 Butterfly: Junior Addison Winkler
- 50 Freestyle: Jordan Traver
- 100 Freestyle: Jordan Traver
In addition, Addison Winkler advanced in the 100 Butterfly to this Friday’s district meet on the campus of Bowling Green State University.
Over the course of the 2023-24 season, CCHS established 17 personal records and shattered 4 school marks. Great job, Addison Brinkman, freshman Graham Brinkman, junior Alex Cherry, freshman Thomas DeBruyne, Katie Dittman, sophomore Joel Drees, sophomore Anna Preston, Jordan Traver, and Addison Winkler.
